To make sure the communication with the BCB representative is an AUTHORISED BCB COMMUNICATION, you must follow this security procedure EVERY TIME you have a contact with BCB.

Each communication with the Bank or any of its employees is signed by a special one-time access code.
EVERY TIME A BANK REPRESENTATIVE CONTACTS YOU, HE OR SHE IS STRICTLY OBLIGED TO PROVIDE A COMMUNICATION ACCESS CODE.
